1. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products are generally not eligible for return once opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Missing item in the package
- Product expired upon delivery
2. Replacement Request Timeline
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

- Photos of the outer packaging

4. Replacement Process
Once the request is reviewed and approved:
- A replacement product will be shipped based on stock availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
- Customers may be asked to return the damaged or incorrect item before replacement processing.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Opened skincare products
- Opened cosmetic products
- Used beauty products
- Personal care items
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged)
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
- Replacement product is unavailable
- Order is cancelled before shipment
- Product is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect and replacement cannot be provided
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
8. Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears severely damaged at the time of delivery:
- Take photographs before opening.
- Contact us immediately.
- Retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
